I have worked with a wide variety of clients with different exercise backgrounds and different goals. Each session is tailored to your aims. Before starting training with me I offer a free consultation where we meet and discuss how you wish your training to work. I can travel to you or train at my home studio. I can also offer a programme for you to follow at home in between sessions.

I've been working with Antony for nearly 5 years. I wasn't looking for a PT (and in fact didn't particularly enjoy any kind of exercise at that time!) but was given the remainder of some booked sessions from a friend when she was expecting - and the rest is history! Generally working once a week, Antony is always mindful of any injuries and is very flexible on what we work on - at the moment it's mainly strength sessions as I run or cycle in the week for cardio exercise. You never know before what you're going to be working on but his sessions are varied and fun but he does make you work hard! If you're looking for a way to get into exercising regularly, I'd recommend Antony to help you get there - I've never looked back and am the fittest I've ever been - AND I enjoy it!
My son has been going to Antony for just over a year now, and we started to look for a PT to help build body confidence in my pre teenager son. My son is very sporty and active but he is also very broad and tall, and unfortunately lacked body confidence.
He has been working with Antony inside his gym but also outside doing running and hill sprints, all of this combined together has really toned my son up, and made him so much fitter, which has really benefited him when he is playing any sports. He is also more confident in his own body now, and can see that he is broad and strong and that isn't a bad thing. Antony is really friendly and adaptable and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone who’s child needs some extra fitness.
Antony has been my personal trainer for a long time even though I am very flaky, it mostly goes to show how chill Antony is because I’m the kind of person that pays for 10 sessions and it wasn’t working after the second one I would just not go and then wave goodbye to all my money because I’d also been too awkward to ask for it back. In the past I have joined a countless number of classes, various teams and a couple of other PTs but 3 years on and I still see Antony every week. And he’s been super flexible and understanding. I initially went because I thought I probably should start exercising, but I hate exercising, but maybe I just need to learn how to exercise. So I thought I’ll get a PT they can teach me a few bits and then I’ll just do it myself, but that didn’t work because my motivation to exercise is actually the commitment I made to Antony. Nothing has been better for my health than knowing Antony is waiting in the rain while I drag myself out of bed. The regular exercise has done wonders for my well-being and I know that’s a buzz word but I mean it! Regular exercise is really good for your mood but also I feel pretty confident too! 10/10 would recommend, you should for sure pop him a message because he’s a good guy and he knows his stuff and it’s interesting every week!
